Service Description
This class is designed for those looking to enhance their strength both on and off the pole! For the first 30 minutes, you will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on building core strength, upper body power, and lower body stability–essential for mastering pole tricks and transitions. The second half of the class will be open pole gym, where you can practice your skills and get individualized help from the instructor. Whether you're a seasoned poler or new to the sport, our class is tailored to accommodate all fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy
Attire: Shorts and tank top or sports bra. Need for socks will vary. Please take off any jewelry (such as rings) before getting on the pole. Timing: Feel free to arrive as early as 10 minutes before class. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will not be allowed to participate for your own safety. Please do not come to class wearing any lotions or oils. You will be expected to participate at the level you signed up for, even if you are more advanced.
